With spring around the corner, what’s better than bold and beautiful shoes backed by a great cause? We’re excited to share that the anticipated capsule collection with Naturalizer and fashion designer Tracy Reese will debut on April 13 and a multi-pronged giveback program.
The eight styles are bold, bright, and vibrant “Hope for Flowers” collection includes flat sandals, sport sandals, kitten heels, and espadrilles. The capsule collection was designed to convey the optimism, color, and prints that have become synonymous with Reese and her Hope for Flowers initiative founded in 2018 to foster an ecosystem of responsible fashion. The limited single-run collection will range in price from $110-$148 and will be available on Naturalizer’s website and in select Anthropologie stores and Anthropologie.com.
Benefiting College for Creative Studies students in Detroit and Nest, a non-profit organization focused on advancing the artisan and maker economy, Naturalizer and Reese embarked on a socially conscious initiative. Reese, who sits on the college’s board, will select scholarship winners to receive tuition scholarships and feature the winning design in Naturalizer’s national campaign for the collection. In addition to the design school scholarships, proceeds from the capsule collection will benefit non-profit Nest’s Makers United program, providing free resources and market access opportunities to micro maker businesses.
