Most fashion houses have some of the most recognizable fragrances in the industry. Chanel, with maybe the most well-known, has N°5. The house, more known for its fashion and iconic handbags, has been making its scent since 1921. A quick Google search reveals that the brand has made over 130 fragrances since then.

‘‘Les Eaux de Chanel’ is one of the newer members of the Chanel fragrance family. First launched in 2018, this line of fragrances was created by Olivier Polgue, Chanel’s in-house perfumer and the son of legendary perfumer Jacques Polge, who held the same position for 37 years. The scents are inspired by the destinations that Gabrielle Chanel adored. Last year, the collection welcomed its newest fragrance ‘Paris-Paris,’ the location home to the brand. Currently, there are six scents, all offering other scented body products such as shower gel and body lotion.

”‘A sparkling floral-woody fragrance faceted with rose, citrus, patchouli, and spicy pink pepper. A carefree scent that captures the relaxed elegance of the legendary French capital.’’PARIS-PARIS
”‘A sensual, luminous fragrance featuring soft neroli and iris contrasted by an ambery vanilla and tonka accord. A vivid evocation of the enchanting baroque city of Venice.’’PARIS-VENISE
”‘An aromatic-woody fragrance that opens with a burst of juniper berry and cypress, then reveals earthy undertones and smoky accents reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands.’ ‘PARIS-ÉDIMBOURG
”‘A solar fragrance combining tangy Sicilian orange with the delicateness of white flowers. A joyful scent that reflects the sunny spirit of the French Riviera.’ ‘PARIS-RIVIERA
”‘A fresh, energizing fragrance composed of crisp mandarin highlighted by a radiant lily of the valley accord. A dynamic scent inspired by the lively ambiance of the Basque coast.’’PARIS-BIARRITZ
”‘An aromatic-citrus fragrance that blends green basil with zesty orange and leaves a warm, subtly woody trail. A scent as invigorating as a stroll in the French countryside.’
PARIS-DEAUVILLE

All the scents are unique but offer fresh citrusy notes simultaneously, which makes this collection unite as one family, a wonderful summer option. Also, every smell is unisex. My favorites? I love the hint of sweet vanilla in Paris-Venise and the vibrant floral notes in Paris-Paris. They will undoubtedly bring you the feelings of each city as they are described and inspire you for your next travel destination!
