“Out with the old and in with the organic.” “Out with the old and in with the organic.”
A tagline we can absolutely get on board with in 2023.
Introducing pact, a carbon-neutral, organic, and fairtrade clothing and bed linen company whose mission is to help you to invest in soft, comfortable items that are kind to your body and the planet.
“Organic cotton is better for the planet, safer for farmers, and gentle on your skin; and we believe the planet, and the people on it, should always come first in fashion.”
Did you know that organic farming results in cleaner air, better soil, safer farming, and fewer toxins in your clothing compared to conventional farming? Plus, it uses 81% less water and 62% less energy to be produced.
However, not only does pact create low-impact garments and bed linen, their product design is focused on comfort. Underwear sets are soft yet supportive with around 5% elastane that gives shape but doesn’t constrict. The flat seams and tagless waistband provide extra comfort and help avoid a VPL (visible panty line). They all come in cute, neutral colors, but some have a more feminine style if that’s your thing.
The athleisure garments are cozy yet breathable, and you’d go from yoga to lunch in their bootcut leggings. Plus, if anything will make you take up a new sport, the Studio Athleisure Dress serves a cute tennis club look (pun wholly intended).
Pact linens are super soft, breathable, and organic cotton for a cozy bedtime. They are made in a FairTrade-certified factory in India, supporting the livelihoods of over 900 women. These cotton bedsheets are made with care and made to last. Coming in at a very competitive $200-250, you get an unbelievable quality, and you can sleep easily knowing that your sheets aren’t harming the planet.
We were kindly gifted the X PANTS and X DUVET COVER to review, and neither was disappointed.
