Runway show held Friday June, 9th at the Paraiso Tents, Miami Beach.

For this season, Sinesia Karol draws inspiration from Japanese gardens to introduce a new, chic, oriental flower print.

The new collection also includes a new texture for the brand: a plush velvety fabric that gives the pieces versatility, allowing you to go from swim to evening wear. Sinesia Karol’s signature [piece is the Brazilian bikini (naturally, as the designer hails from the island beach town of Vitoria, Brazil) but the runway show in Miami debuted new silhouettes, including a modern take on a chiffon Kaftan and a range of one piece swimsuits that are sexy and fun.

Alongside the bold royal blues and corally-oranges tones of the collection, softer colors of white, blush pink, sage green and sheer baby blue give this collection a lightness and femininity.

Designer, Sinesia Karol focusses on both the couture design and exquisite execution of product. Paying close attention to only the finest qualities of lycra, silks and chiffons, she creates beach and swimwear that celebrates women, their bodies and delivers impeccable taste in couture fashion.

Chatting with Sinesia before the show she tell us the whole design focus for this was on the garden collection, and bringing in some different textures. She also says that “Brazilians are risk takers, they wear what they want and don’t care what people think about them so we’ve brought that attitude to the collection.”

When asked about what she loves about designing swimwear, Karol says “I love when I see people on the beach wearing my someone wearing my designs, that makes me feel like I’ve done something right!”

Sinesia’s top recommendation for enjoying a vacation in Brazil this summer: Truncoso in Bahia state.
