May 4th-7th: Major Food Group brings you Carbone Beach, presented by American Express. This over-the-top pop-up dining experience is the place to be. Last year’s live performers included Andrea Bocelli, Wyclef Jean, Nas, and Kygo.

Sat May 6th: Nobu Hotel Beach House with special guest chef Nobu Matsuhisa. This poolside celebration will have Nobu food stations, live entertainment, and a premium open bar.

May 5th: Once Upon a Kitchen at The Deck at Island Gardens A cocktail reception kicks off the night, followed by a 6sixcourse dinner prepared by Massimo Bottura in partnership with Juanma Barrientos and Bernardo Paladini, whose restaurants have all earned Michelin stars. After party follows with music by electronic house music pioneer Benny Benassi.
