This week I had the privilege of trying Manna Kadar’s latest hair line, “Mane.” The hair care line was specifically designed to help aid in dry, dull, frizzy summer hair. As an avid summer fanatic who struggles with dry hair, I was thrilled to try this line.
Manna Kadar sent me three products: Argan Oil and Keratin Moisturizing Shampoo, Argan Oil and Keratin Moisturizing Conditioner, and Argan Oil and keratin Leave-in Conditioner Mask. I tried each of the products over one week to see the results.
For a brief background, my hair is naturally straight and thick, with a tendency to become dry and frizzy during the summer months. As my hair reaches just below my shoulders, it tends to become big and fluffy if left untreated. I love the outdoors, and it has become a mission to practice hair care whenever I’m in the sun. My biggest battle with hair care is the dryness and heat.
When I used the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, I was shocked by how light the product felt in my hands. Though I had to use a generous amount of product to cover my whole head, it was soft and highly fragrant compared to thicker, oilier products. When I dried my hair, it came out with a beautiful shine and looked extremely well-hydrated after just one wash.
I’m a huge believer in the powers of argan oil, and the results were fantastic. My hair looked completely well-nourished after a long day in the summer heat. When reading the label, I was shocked to find that Manna Kadar’s shampoos and conditioners are cruelty-free, paraben-free, phosphate-free, and GMO-Free. Not only was the product hydrating and effective, but it was also health conscious.
My favorite and final product that was sent to me was the deep conditioner mask. I spend a lot of time in the pool after work, and my hair can become extremely dry. One of my biggest grievances with my hair is its lack of shine and the damaging brassiness that seems only to appear when I’m in the sun. The hair mask saved my dry hair.
The leave-in conditioning mask is left in your hair for 3-5 minutes while showering, then washed out and styled. The show made my hair easy to detangle and styling a breeze. My usually thick hair was shockingly manageable and dried with a nice shine.
Overall, I had an extremely positive experience trying Manna Kadar’s new “Mane” line this week. The products are conscious, affordable, and effective. I’ll be using that hair mask again shortly.
