It was a show filled with edgy fashion for EVERYONE. Two of the most popular Asian brands under Asia Innovations Group Limited (AIG) collaborated together on Tuesday, Feb. 15 to present their New York Fashion Week collection! Uplive, the largest independent global video social streaming entertainment platform collaborated with Hekka fashion, an emerging women’s fashion e-commerce brand to present a line of trendy and affordable fashion. Keppi, an emerging fitness brand partnered with Uplive and Hekka to debut their NYFW line as well.

The show featured special performances, designers, influencers, and models such as fashion icon and supermodel Maye Musk to emphasize a diverse array of cultures presenting the future of fashion as part of Uplive’s international influence and global outreach, to showcase the creativity of rising fashion designers.

Christine Xu, UpLive’s U.S CEO, debuted her NYFW 2022 collection with the intention to create fashion that is meant for everyone. She wanted a collection that was fun, fit for everyday life, and will turn heads no matter where you are.

“Hekka is a flowery line, more everyday and affordable wear. Anybody can join in. Keppi is more activewear, perfect as well for everyday wear. This collaboration is the first runway show between a social shopping network brand and media platform. It’s not just for high fashion.”-Christine Xu

The collection was inspired by the world’s post-pandemic reopening, just in time for people to enjoy traveling again, and to also gain a newfound passion for exploring the world through fashion. The show featured activewear, flowy cocktail dresses, leisure wear, and vacation styles, all to celebrate comfort and beauty through fashion meant for everyone.
