Technology has made tremendous progress for humanity – which can not and will not be denied. It has created accessibility to opportunities for all walks of life. The day internet is fast and free for all will be the day a vast humanitarian leap has been made.
However, it is essential to remember that, with all good things, there come bad things, too. Technology is terrific, but you may have heard about the controversy surrounding 5G. The effects of 5G and the wireless network, also known as EMF, are very real, contributing to anxiety, OCD, depression, and other mental health issues that are skyrocketing. The military has discovered unidentified particles in EVERY SINGLE PERSON’S bloodstream that did not exist 100 years ago. OCD and anxiety appear to have become the new pandemic. Messing with nature is essential for progress, but it has side effects. That is where this article comes in.
There are now multiple ways you can freely enjoy technology while combatting the negative side effects it causes. Here is a brief list of the most important ways:
- Get an EMF blocker: Companies like AiresTech have created devices to put in your home rooms that look similar to wireless routers, which will combat the effects of EMF. Some of AiresTech’s accessory devices include ones you can put on your pets’ collars and stick on your phone. There have been no studies verifying that these devices block EMF – but bear in mind that EMF itself is a very new phenomenon, and few studies show EMF causes adverse side effects.
- Consult an EMF expert: Nicolas Pineault is one of the few new field experts specializing in EMF preventative treatments. For advice on how to use your diet, your home, and other ways of protecting yourself from EMF, consult Nicolas.
- Use the black and white phone and computer screens: The Center for Humane Technology, which created the Netflix movie The Social Dilemma, is a website and organization that frequently writes about how technology and social media are creating, among other things, emotional dysregulation in both children and adults. One thing they find especially concerning is that the bright, emotionally charged colors on phones (think RED) leave people in constant fight or flight. Google provides handy instructions for how to make your screens, on both your computer and phone, black and white. After trying this, when I read their article several years ago, I IMMEDIATELY felt more serene when I looked at my black-and-white screen. I have never gone back.
- Use blue light phones and computer screen blockers: Another adverse effect of technology is blue light, which can cause vision problems. You may have heard of blue light blockers for your phone, but did you know there are also blue light blockers for your computer screen? These are easy to find on Amazon, super cheap, and will continue to benefit you daily.
Technology does not need to harm us! These preventative measures can be of fantastic benefit to humanity. It is natural for an excellent thing to have bad things that come with it – the key is learning how to prevent the bad.
