EyeEm Diversity Magazine Launch Event

Berlin-based photography app EyeEm hosted an event at Tictail Market in the Lower East Side, Thursday, April 27th in celebration of the 5th volume of the EyeEm magazine. The issue focuses on Diversity – collections of photographs by real photographers. Each quarter, EyeEm releases a new volume focusing on specific types of photography; Volume I – Explore (travel), Volume II – Black & White (images not in color), Volume III – Women (celebration of women in the arts, shot entirely by women), Volume IV – Machina (the first magazine ever to be curated by a machine).

EyeEm mindfully planned the launch for Volume V. “The Co-founders wanted to celebrate the Diversity volume at a venue that contributed to the same mindset of the volume; supporting and giving artists a voice and opportunity to showcase their work”, said Jenna, Senior Communications Manager at EyeEm New York.
