Emerging luxury swimwear designer, Caitlin Kelly debuted her first self-titled label on Wednesday, June 6 on 2 Gold Street’s roof top in New York City.  The classy chic anticipatory crowd gathered with cocktails courtesy of Don Q Rum and Top Brass Vodka.  The new designer created a fun and warm atmosphere, as most of her family and friends, along with press and fashion bloggers, filled the space.

As the beats of Fun. and Adele intensified the crowd’s hype, people began to find their places adjacent the runway a half hour before the first model sexily strutted down the catwalk.  The audience’s eagerness sky rocketed minutes before the show, resulting in a well-received collection.

Even though young, this designer is certainly on to keep our eyes on in the coming years.  Her designs revived the classic one piece, making it gorgeously sexy.  The versatility of these elegant swim suits also adds to the value of her brand, as most are convertible.  The line featured convertible bikinis, monokinis, one-pieces, and cover-ups, which are super easy to wear, yet drenched in sophistication and expensive luxury.  The line also debuted men’s trunks, which resembled a tight boxer brief; the American version of the men’s European speedo.
